Ask 'why?' It’s easy to say “we’ve always done it this way;” we think it’s better to ask “what’s possible?” That’s why we ask questions, experiment and try new things — even when it’s scary.
Seek the unexpected. In a world with no shortage of content, we seek diverse perspectives from beyond our industry to create unexpected lessons and joyful surprises.
Practice what we preach. We’re not going to ask an industry to change, learn and grow without being willing to change, learn and grow ourselves.
Stay weird. We like ourselves and we like each other - dog cameos, wrestling GIFs and all.
Fly together. We step forward with excitement while knowing we also have the space to step back.
