Are you new to a team or have you stepped into a new role? How can you learn about your personality to improve your work, productivity, teamwork and more?
Join Sidecar in a 4-week bootcamp where we will discover your personality and behavior type and learn how understanding your own personality can improve your teamwork, communication and productivity.
Before bootcamp begins, you will be invited to take the DiSC assessment. Your individual results will be emailed to you in a report and will explain your personality type, how you like to communicate, learn and interact, and how your personality works with others.
As a participant, you will interact with other bootcamp members in an exclusive, invite-only forum within the Sidecar Community. Maddie Grant and Jamie Notter, Founders of Propel, will host weekly instruction on understanding your own personality type and using that information to not just understand yourself but your colleagues. You will then be able to use this information to adapt your behavior and build strong relationships and workplace culture.
We are a community of learners — let’s learn together!
By the end of the Bootcamp, you will:
Weekly lessons with Jamie and Maddie on identifying and applying your DISC personality type, lessons on how to understand all personalities and strategies to build and cultivate culture in your organization. Join live and access to watch later!
This bootcamp includes access to the DISC personality quiz and your full DISC personality profile.
You'll have access to an exclusive forum in Sidecar Community where you can connect with fellow bootcampers.
Led by Jamie Notter, this self-paced course will teach you to implement culture, strategy, and execution to propel your association to new levels of success and flexibility.

You will learn your DISC personality type, what it means and why it’s important. You will learn how your personality likes to interact with other personality types within any work environment. You will also learn how to identify specific personality characteristics and the traits each personality possesses.
You will explore your communication style based on your DISC personality and how you can apply your knowledge to effectively communicate with all types of people.
We will dive into how to have those difficult conversations and how to resolve conflict.
How can you take what you’ve learned back to your own organization? As a group, we’ll work on a few applications of DiSC - suggested by you - that can be starters for problem solving back at the ranch.
At Sidecar, we create the tools a leader needs to grow their career and their membership organizations, like associations and nonprofits.
